Animating Experiments - Algorithmic Surface Modelling + Animation

Creating the animations for this project was really cool! I've never created a Giff before 😂 Creating the animations crashed Rhino a couple times then once I switched from rendered to shaded mode it went a lot better. I have a request for tomorrow class - could we go over how to combine sliders with the "Remap Numbers" For the definition I tried to use a random populate 3D to generate points on which to create ellipses that I could then loft, but I am still struggling with list management. I couldn't figure out how to get the ellipses to order themselves in the Z-axis for the loft...So I ended up creating multiple ellipses and putting their location in x,y,z on sliders along with their radii.

This is what happened when I first tried to loft...I tried to graft and flatten things, but I still don't understand what these functions do!

I created a populated 3-d in the boundary box then added spheres onto the points. I put the quantity on a slider, one of my animations, and put the radius on a range.

At first things looked pretty crazy! I think it may have just been my computer trying to figure things out, once I turned everything but the custom preview on it worked 😃
